Dr. Vince Panzica began practicing optometry in 1990 in the Brampton area. Son of hard-working immigrant parents, Dr. Panzica grew up in Toronto and later in Woodbridge. His close ties with the Italian community and his fluency with the language have proven indispensable in his practice of optometry.
In 1994, Dr. Panzica moved to Bolton and launched the Bolton Optometry Clinic. In the years since, Dr. Panzica has been an active member of Rotary and church groups. He has also sponsored Dr. Panzica's Private Eyes, a young girls' soccer team.
Dr. Panzica graduated from the University of Waterloo with Honours Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees. He completed an internship at the Huronia Regional Centre working with physically and mentally challenged individuals. Dr. Panzica is an associate of The Laser Centre (TLC) and provides counseling and co-management services. He is also an active member of the College of Optometry and works in particular with Quality Assurance.
Dr. Panzica believes that good eye health is critical to high-quality vision and that communication and quality are critical in a thorough eye examination.
